Scholarships

The Annapolis Arts Alliance is pleased to announce that it will award up to four $2500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors (including home-schooled students and students with GEDs) who reside in Anne Arundel County and plan to pursue a degree in the arts.

Important Dates:

  • Application season opens: February 2, 2026
  • Online application deadline: April 12, 2026
  • Mailed applications: Must be postmarked by April 14, 2026
  • Awards announced: May 6, 2026

NOTE: Children and grandchildren of the AAA Board of Directors are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Resides in Anne Arundel County
  • Is under the age of 20
  • Is a graduating high school senior from a Maryland high school (traditional or homeschool), or has obtained/is obtaining a GED in the state of Maryland
  • Maintains a minimum 2.5 unweighted GPA (traditional HS and homeschool students only)
  • Has applied to an accredited post-secondary institution (community college, college, or university)
  • Plans to major in the arts. Art majors include visual, studio, performing, design, media, digital, decorative, creative, management, and architecture.
